2025 OVGA Junior Match Play Championship

The 2025 OVGA Junior Match Play Championship was held on August 14th and 15th at Falcon Ridge Golf Club, where players enjoyed sunny but hot conditions.
This tournament is a 4-round, match-play elimination tournament played over two days, and is open to all Junior Boys and Junior Girls between the ages of 8 and 18. Competitors are selected based on their season-long Order-of-Merit points ranking.
The warm weather set the stage for exciting head-to-head battles, as 51 junior golfers from both inside and outside the OVGA region competed across five divisions. Congratulations to this year’s champions:

- Juvenile Boys – Nathan Fournier (Kingsway Park)
- Bantam Boys – Jack Sample (Ottawa Hunt & Golf Club)
- Peewee Boys – Owen Copp (Ottawa Hunt & Golf Club)
- Bantam Girls – Vanessa Bell (Black Bear Golf Club)
