The 2025 U13 Junior OVGA Cup was held on Saturday August 30th at The Royal Ottawa Golf Club. This was the season wrap-up for 25 juniors in our OVGA Mosquito (U11) and Peewee (U13) divisions, and was played on the Royal Nine course under excellent conditions.

Owen Copp (Ottawa Hunt) shot the only sub-par round of the day, winning the Peewee Boys division and Overall title with an impressive score of 67 (-3). Owen’s victory also won him the season-long OVGA Order-of-Merit crystal in the Peewee boys division. Qingmu Wang (The Marshes) won the gold medal in the U11 Boys division, shooting a 75 (+5).

For the girls, Amy Ma (Public Player) came out on top with a 2-shot victory over Olivia Pattison (Colonnade) to take the 2025 U13 OVGA Junior Cup. Vanessa Bell (Black Bear Ridge) turned in another solid performance and was crowned 2025 OVGA U13 Girls Order-of-Merit champion.
